SHARQ in a commentary written by Hojjatoleslam Dehnavi says in the Iranian society marriage is somehow a path with no return. In other countries divorce is not regarded as a failure but in Iran that is not the case. So we should pay more attention to the issue of marriage. To get married some youths (girls and boys) establish relationship with each other which is not appropriate. They claim they want to know each other’s personality. However, in our culture courting should be done under the supervision of family. Unfortunately in the recent years, internet marriages have become rampant, and some marriage websites have been set up. And all this have caused many problems. 98 percent of internet marriages fail because in internet relations the purpose is not marriage, rather it is a kind of amusement. In addition, 70 percent of the data exchanged between partners are not correct.
MELLATEMA in a news report quotes MP Ali-Asghar Zareii as saying that one of the goals of the deviant current is to gain power through capturing seats in the next parliament. Zareii also implicitly referred to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s excessive consultation with Presidential Chief of Staff Esfandiar Rahim Mashaii, saying the reason is that Ahmadinejad has a special liking for Mashaii. “However, some ulama (scholars) believe that it can be attributed to a spell, and we do not rule out this possibility,” Zareii added. Some principlists claim that the deviant current is being guided by elements outside the country. Zareii said that a network affiliated to enemies has infiltrated into the country and “our discussion is not targeted at Mr. Mashaii at all.”
